Guest Scenic Painter – Katherine Mishler

Katherine Mishler, a recent graduate of Saginaw Valley State Universities’s Theatrical and Arts Department, is thrilled to be working with the Lee Street Theatre for this production of “The Mystery of Irma Vep” This past  December she graduated with her bachelorette degree in technical theatre, with a focus in lighting design, electrics, scenic art, and illustration.

Katie is no stranger to the technical world, before completing her degree, she held positions at multiple theatre’s across the country. Her most recent position was held at the Actors Guild of Parkersburg as the summer seasons Technical Director. She has also held positions as a lighting designer and scenic artist for companies such as the Temple Theatre, Pit and Balcony Theatre, and the Palace Theatre. She is currently the lighting designer for the Saginaw Choral Society, Saginaw Michigan.
